Employment at Will: Employment Policy and Procedure
The agency maintains a strict policy of at-will employment with respect to the duration, terms and conditions of the employment relationship. This means that Tender Mercies reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the employment relationship or to terminate that relationship at will, at any time, with or without cause or prior notice and without liability. You also have the same right to terminate the employment relationship. Tender Mercies policy of at-will employment is not subject to change other than by a written agreement that expressly states that it is a contract of employment and is signed by the Chief Executive Officer.
